Book Review: Breath The New Science of a Lost Art
In this episode I discuss the general layout and a few of the main ideas found in the book Breath written by James Nestor. While I can't say for sure if everything in the book is scientifically accurate or not. I do know there is only one way we die and that is from insufficient oxygenation of the brain. If proper oxygenation of the brain and body are that important, it does seem true that the way we breathe, our posture, and facial structures effecting our ability to breathe properly through the nose are also extremely important and impactful to our overall health and wellbeing.
