In this episode I give an overview of the book Being Unstoppable; Conquering Your Everest by Sean Swarner. Sean has been on the podcast before telling his incredible life story of overcoming two very deadly cancers in his teenage years one of which required a medically induced coma for most of his 16th year of life and damaging half of his lungs. Sean later went on to summit the highest mountain on every continent and trek the north and south poles.
